Your first interaction with Mirro is usually an invitation to the platform. Depending on the assigned way of log in, here's how the process of the first log in looks:
1. Log in with email address:
If your assigned way of log in is with your email address, you should receive an invite on your email from address notifications@mirro.io, with an invitation link:
The button Get started with Mirro will redirect you to the platform, helping you to set up a password.
Please be advised that the link is available for 7 days. After the link expires, if you did not managed to log in, another invite should be sent from the platform admin.
2. Log in with phone number
After the invitation has been sent to you, you will receive an SMS with an assigned username, and a link where you can set up your password.
Once you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to a browser, as can be seen in the screenshot below:
You will be asked to create a password, that needs to contain at least 8 characters, a capital letter and a special character.
Once the password is all set, you will be redirected to a log-in page, where you will have to type in the username from the SMS and the password you just created.
3. Log in with QR code
If your assigned way of log in is by QR code, the platform manager will receive a PDF with your personal code, and they should send it or hand it to you.
After you scan it, it will redirect you to Mirro, where you will be asked to set up your password. Afterwards, you will have to log in with the assigned username from the PDF and the password you just set. Simple as that!
