My leave balance is not correct

If your leave balance does not look right, it is usually caused by policy settings, carryover rules, manual adjustments, or the status of recent requests.

The first thing you can do is to check the following:
  1. Whether a recent leave request is still pending (module Leave and attendance- My leave- check for any leave requests with the status pending);
  2. Whether any approved leave has already been deducted;
  3. Whether any days from previous rules have expired;
  4. Whether an administrator made a manual adjustment (check this with your Mirro admin);

 

If the number still seems wrong, share the expected balance and the balance you currently see with your HR admin so they can compare it with your leave policy settings.
