How to see your overall OKRs progress

My OKRs page is where you can see all your objectives (OKRs) and track your progress. It gives you a clear overview of your performance, whether you are an Owner, Contributor, or Assignee.

The My OKRs page is designed to give you a much clearer view of your individual objective progress, whether you are an Owner, a Contributor, or have KRs directly assigned to you.

And now, let's start exploring it.🚀You can easily access it from Objectives Section-> My OKRs:

Once opened you will immediately be able to see that the default filter is selected on the user you are logged with, with no specific period or tags and displaying the Active OKRs.

This leads us to the next view were you can see the Overall completion of the all of the OKRs for which you are either Owner,  Contributor or Assignee (of the Key Results)

Overall Target to Date shows how much progress you were expected to have made on an objective or KR at a given point in time. It is calculated using the following formula:

Overall Target to Date = (Running Target ÷ End Value) × 100.

Below is the explanation of each element of the formula:

Running target - The amount of progress that should have been completed by now according to the plan.

You can think of it as the “intermediate target” for the current moment.

End Value - The total goal or final value of the objective/KR.

Division (Running Target ÷ End Value) - Shows what fraction of the total goal should have been achieved up to this point.

Multiplication by 100 - Converts the fraction into a percentage, making it easy to read and compare.

If needed , at the top of the page, you can use filters to personalize the displayed data in order ot see the completion overview for certain:

  • User – automatically set to the account you are logged in with, but you can also select other employees.

  • Period – defines the time range for which Individual Achievement is calculated.

  • Status – filter OKRs by status:

    • Active

    • Finalized

    • Cancelled

    • All – shows everything, but only Active and Finalized count for calculations

  • Tags – filter by tags that were added to OKRs.

Moving forward,  you will be able to see the results for each OKR were you participate as one of the mentioned roles( owner, contributor or assignee).

Please note that,  each card will contain all objectives that fall into that category. For example if you own 3 OKRs they will be displayed in the Owner Card- this is also important for the calculation shown that we will explain below. 😊

Ok - now let’s take a look at the magic circle on the right 🤩 that visually represents progress.

The Gauge has two lines:

1. % of overall completion – (the black ring) shows us that this objective currently has an overall completion level of X% - ( 40% in the above example)

2. Latest Update – shows us that the progress made so far is X% above the planned target for this point in time. ( 2% in the above example)

The color of the Latest Update line changes based on performance:

    • ≥ 98% → Turquoise

    • ≥ 95% and < 98% → Yellow

    • < 95% → Pink

This is it! 🥳 We hope that the My OKRs page will help you to:

  • Filter and view objectives by employee name, period, status, or tags

  • See overall completion at a glance

  • Understand performance across different roles

  • Review individual OKRs with detailed progress
