You want to show your appreciation to your colleague(s), and want everyone to see what a great job they did? We came up with the best way to thank your teammate for helping you with that hard task, for that amazing demonstration, or just for simply being there for you!
Giving Kudos is the best way to let your colleague know that their actions are valued, and it's just simple as it is!
From the module My Mirro, you will have to click on Give Kudos.
You will have to select one or more colleagues you want to give Kudos to, by simply writing their name and selecting it. After that, you will have to write down the reason you want to offer the Kudos, select the impact they had on you and which one of the company values they mirrored. You can select one to three impacts and values, by clicking on them.
The last field is not mandatory, but you can tag skills and behaviors you appreciate on them. For that, simply click on the search bar, and a list of tags and skills will appear to you. You can either select a tag from that list, or you can add your own. To create your own tag, just start typing it, and click on Creating new option.
Last but not least, you can choose either to delete a draft, save it for later, if you want to save it and come back later to edit, or share it now.
