Import teams
Managing cross-functional teams offers you the possibility to allocate the same members to different teams, enhancing the communication between the users. Define as many cross-functional teams as needed!
In Mirro, you can add a team manually or through the import, depending on your needs.
To import a team, you will have to access the module Admin Area- Import data- Import teams:
From here, you will have to click on Download template, and fill in the export with your team's details. The import allows you to import both teams and team members, so please pay attention to the sheets of the document.
To import team members, the team must be created first
After you've completed your file with data, save it and go back to Mirro, where you can simulate the import, or import directly.
To make sure that all details are filled in accordingly, you will have the possibility first to simulate the import. When you perform a simulation, the application will let you know if the information from the file is correct or not. The difference between the simulation process and the import process consists of the option: Save employees with all valid lines* which should be unselected when performing a simulation
If you prefer to add a team manually, you can check our knowledge base article: How to define the teams in your company
