How to automatically update contract details

We know how dreadful it can be to update thousands of contract details manually. With Mirro you can perform contract updates in bulk using the Import contract updates feature.

Think of the days when you introduce a new clause in your contracts, available for all colleagues and you need to add an addendum to each contract in part. A lot of manual work, right?

Using the Import contract updates feature from Mirro you can add all addendums at once, processing all the changes with just an upload.

To access the option you need to access the Admin Area module > Import Data section and use the option Import contract updates, as can be seen below:

To upload all modified contract details, you will need first to download the template and fill in the information according to the instructions available in the template.

Make sure you already have active contracts in Mirro before using the update option. More details about activating the contracts in Mirro can be found in the article How to import contract details

You will notice that the structure of the template is similar to the structure of the contracts template file for upload.

Once you fill in all details in the template you are ready to bring all data in Mirro.

To make sure that all details are filled in accordingly, you will have the possibility first to simulate the import. When you perform a simulation, the application will let you know if the information from the file is correct or not.  The difference between the simulation process the and import process consists of the option: Save contracts with all valid lines*  which should be unselected when performing a simulation.

After the simulation has been finished, you will be redirected to the Import History  section where you will be able to download the file imported to see the errors, if any of them occur. At the same time, when the process is finished, you will be notified offering you the possibility to download the file directly from the notification.  The errors will be highlighted in the downloaded file with red and comments will be available with the error messages.

Correct the errors and then you can opt for a new simulation or you can do the actual import. Once the option has been selected, as seen below, you will be able to perform the actual import.

Once you access the import option, you will be redirected to the Import History  section where you can track the progress of the import. At the same time, when the process is finished, you will receive a notification that will let you know that everything is all right.

When the details are imported, you will be able to find each addendum available for each person's contract in part, by accessing the User profile- Employment Data option and the Contract tab.

If you decided to bulk update all salaries, for example, with the annual 5% increase for all employees, you will be able see the details in the Dashboard module > Salaries Insights section > Time since last raise sub-section.
